Fujian is a key bamboo-producing area in China, rich in bamboo resources, which provides a solid foundation and conditions for the development of the bamboo industry. The Fujian provincial government highly values the development of the bamboo industry and has introduced a series of policies and measures to promote high-quality development of the bamboo industry. Significant achievements have been made in improving bamboo forest management levels, perfecting the bamboo industry chain, transforming and upgrading traditional industries, building regional brands, and optimizing the entire industry chain. However, there are also issues such as weak competitiveness of some bamboo products, suboptimal internal structure of the industry, and insufficient support for industry development factors.
