Rail Transit Boards

Leveraging the group's years of talent team building, technological accumulation, and comprehensive processing industry chain advantages in the plywood field, the company successfully developed a new plywood product in 2022 for rail transit: railway flatcar bottom boards, which also smoothly passed all the industry standard tests.

A flatcar is a type of vehicle without fixed ends or side walls, using a chassis for load-bearing, mainly used for transporting steel, timber, sandstone, automobiles, tractors, military vehicles, other machinery equipment, and containers. The flatcar's floorboard requires a thickness of up to 70mm, demanding higher physical properties such as lightness, load capacity, strength, and nail-holding ability compared to traditional plywood.
